To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得係幾年前食出餐速度超級慢，lunch食飯等餐時間最少半小時，真係食都食得唔開心😫仲要碗野黎到啲麵好硬，煮唔夠時間，仲試過叫5小辣但變左2小辣咁辣，完全食唔到，同店員講佢就淨係幫你加清湯諗住沖淡就算，但完全唔得，因為啲餸已經吸曬原本嘅湯，辣到食唔到，個次真心嬲😡之後就冇再食過。過左幾年，見到裝修都唔同咗到，諗住再試下，發現質素好咗好多，出餐速度回復正常，啲麵唔會再好硬仲好食左好多，而且店員態度好咗好多，講野有善咗好多。我自己都好中意食譚仔，所以都時不時去唔同區都會食，因為鋪頭唔同食物質素都會唔 同，但食咁咁多間都係最中意係沙田食，因為佢地麵嘅質地係得最中意嘅，軟硬適中，而且辣度都好準確，出餐時間都比好多間快好多，即使好多人等緊，等餐時間都唔會太耐，繁忙時間都只係等15分鐘就會有。👍🏾👍🏾
