To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 如果去到會展,又或者在附近工作,食晏其實沒太多選擇,這兒雖然不算出色,但總算聊勝於無。食物都是一般茶餐廳貨色,如花得起錢的我會建議焗飯,想慳錢的我會強烈推薦食粉麵,經長時間的測試後有兩款為心水推介,第一是沙嗲肥牛粉,其次是冬陰功豬頸肉。或者大部份人都唔會發覺,這裡的湯頗為不俗,而且價錢相宜,本人尤其喜歡其牛尾湯,而碗仔翅也不錯。開餐廳有時好講地利,此店最聰明之處係地點就腳兼無直接競爭對手,論價錢會展的食肆出名貴,所以這兒己算相對較平。但你要物有所值就要識得點菜,通常第一次去的食客好難會覺得抵食,試多幾次先會懂得避重就輕,但一般顧客其實都係求其醫肚,論服務速度此店都算稱職。
