To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末喺旺角行街行到好攰,就搵個地方坐下食個下午茶充下電😁😁依間華星冰室,座位算係幾多,密密麻麻。仲好似非常多熟客。左睇右睇,最後都係叫咗常餐。叉燒意粉,炒蛋火腿,同埋多士,再加杯熱飲。個叉燒意粉啲意粉,已經肥大到冇得再肥大,真係好有港式茶餐廳風格😄😄不過份量都算幾多,個湯清清地,配埋瘦叉燒都唔錯。佢哋個炒蛋,都幾正,夠滑,同埋好香牛油味。所以常餐來講,係中規中矩唔錯嘅選擇。叉燒滑蛋飯就差啲,根本就唔係一個滑蛋,只係叉燒煎蛋飯😑😑

叉燒意粉,炒蛋火腿,同埋多士,再加杯熱飲。個叉燒意粉啲意粉,已經肥大到冇得再肥大,真係好有港式茶餐廳風格😄😄不過份量都算幾多,個湯清清地,配埋瘦叉燒都唔錯。
