To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳：紅煮意 (油麻地)地址：油麻地新填地街151號俊逸豪園1樓B座(後座入口/油麻地警署斜對面)炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒 $132 (套餐)Order咗一份五成熟嘅紐西蘭西冷牛扒，即叫即煮，夠曬新鮮熱辣辣，肉質鮮嫩，牛味濃郁，火喉亦控制得宜，生熟程度啱啱好，配上燒汁同芥末醬，另有薯蓉同沙律作伴，薯蓉軟滑如絲，口感滑溜，的確幾吸引。套餐會跟法式烤包、餐湯或沙律同埋飲品。法式烤包一口Size，蒜香味十足。餐湯則有忌廉蘑菇湯，味道都唔錯。飲品有果汁、咖啡或茶，我就叫咗果汁，外國桃汁而且係樽裝，估唔到又幾好飲。另外逢星期六7:30都會有Live Music表演，可以一邊品嚐食物，一邊享受音樂。
