To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

連台灣人都讚的台式餐廳

我是一位台灣人嫁來香港，有時候都很想念台灣的料理，今天跟老公經過茶木，看到他們的牛肉麵好像很好吃😋就進來吃了進店裡，店員用國語喊歡迎光臨就讓我感到親切感，上菜速度也是很快，服務也很親切吃一口牛肉麵，真的覺得太好吃了，不僅湯頭就是台灣牛肉麵的水準，牛肉煮到爛嫩，非常好入口，麵條也很棒👍👍真的很是水準之上之後又點了一碗黑糖芒果芋圓，芋圓非常有嚼勁，而且量很足夠，黑糖味也很濃終於找到一間非常接近台灣味的台式餐廳，氣氛跟服務都很棒很有品質之後會一直常來的👍
