收工入將軍澳探老友,佢提議去帝景灣果頭打邊爐!B1出口轉左一直向前行就到架喇,行大約7-10分鐘左右~叫左黃金雞湯底,半隻雞。湯底原來係喺我地面前即爆即炒,香到不得了!炒到啲蒜香出黎就落雞兜,兜到微熟就放埋花膠同蟲草花,最後倒入皮蛋湯底,煲滾焗一陣湯底即成!非常建議先飲個雞湯,真係好正!店員好細心建議我地將啲雞食到咁上下先落單叫野食,以免叫太多食唔哂,超加分!美國肥牛油脂分佈唔錯,食落都有牛味,唔錯~黑毛豬食落好腍,索埋湯底變得好好食呢!手打芝心蝦丸呢個丸有驚喜!好彈牙,而且食落好有蝦味,中間嘅芝士好流心,朋友同我都覺得好好味呢!鮸魚片因為切得好薄,淥一淥就食得!食落冇腥味,幾鮮甜。火鍋嘅靈魂就在於個湯底,好耐未試過打邊爐連個湯底都可以當湯飲埋呢~下次再黎試埋佢其他湯底先!

因為切得好薄,淥一淥就食得!食落冇腥味,幾鮮甜。

火鍋嘅靈魂就在於個湯底,好耐未試過打邊爐連個湯底都可以當湯飲埋呢~下次再黎試埋佢其他湯底先!
