To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到石門站，本來想食陳根記，點知勁多人等位 又好肚餓咁，所以見到側邊有間譚仔就走左入黎。天氣實在太熱一坐低即刻要叫杯雙檸樂飲 原來連譚仔都跟環保風，飲筒都轉左紙飲筒之後叫咗個最新小食烤香辣豬大腸味道同其他嗰啲皮蛋，青瓜唔同味，幾特別不過得幾舊，略嫌份量太少！之後兩個人叫咗一個雙人套餐，三小辣！呢一間唔知係咪因為人少嘅關係，好似嗰碗粉好大碗咁兩個人食到捧住個肚走埋單92蚊， 所以話譚仔真係好抵食！重點係夠飽又好味
