今日行東港城,經過呢間新開嘅美心烘焙所,比佢新出嘅法式布甸麵包吸引咗。除咗呢個新推出嘅產品,原來烘焙所仲有咁多新派甜品,例如芝士撻、焦糖疏乎厘、西米布甸,仲有兩款味,兩款都係而家香港大熱嘅紫薯同埋香芋。除此之外部份麵包款都款都好吸引,例如朱古力麻薯波,同埋沙翁!《法式麵包布甸》$15/1呢度嘅麵包布甸新鮮出爐,見到有師傅喺入面即場整😍標榜用法國淡忌廉 ,布甸入口奶味同埋蛋香都好濃郁,口感嫩滑綿密,而出面嘅法包鬆軟得來帶少少煙韌感,好好味!適合雪凍或者微波爐叮熱食,兩種唔同嘅感覺,而我就鍾意凍食多啲,因為布甸個口感會比較幼滑。《沙翁》$12沙翁都係新登場嘅產品,見到好多人買所以我都想試一試。味道唔錯,入面好濕潤同埋鬆軟,唔算非常甜,如果擺入氣炸鍋焗一焗口感應該更加好!《焦糖脆脆疏乎厘》$23呢個超出預期好味!食落有啲似芝士蛋糕嘅口感,綿密,焦糖味同埋奶味都好出!同時又有空氣咁,性價比幾高。《紫薯西米布甸&香芋西米布甸》$15/1呢個個面有啲煙韌,食到底紫薯同香芋嘅份量都幾多,重奶香味,同埋布甸好滑,整體都好唔錯。《朱古力菠蘿麻薯包》$11/1呢個係麻薯波波嘅進階版,出面有菠蘿酥皮,所以口
