To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到大嶼山遊下之後出番黎東涌, 唔想係大商場搵野食, 所以就食左呢間譚仔了呢間都算大間而且都多人食既, 點左雞肉腩肉豬紅清湯米線, 皮蛋, 凍檸檬茶.雞肉腩肉豬紅清湯米線, 都算OK, 不過大哥既米線始終係有D硬唔夠軟身.雞肉同腩肉味道正常, 份量有點少, 雞肉有DD 係肥少少.皮蛋口感就比較林一點, 唔算好彈牙, 味道就OK既, 都算有D 辣.凍檸檬茶正常茶底.不過呢間譚仔係晚上8點幾就有垃圾車係廚房推出店面,之後再推入番廚房, 條路本身有送餐車已經封左條路, 再推垃圾車出入根本唔夠位,好容易碰到食客, 欠缺衛生...整體黎講, 食物可接受, 但垃圾車係咁多食客仲食緊野之下推出推入欠缺衛生
