To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前為慶祝週年紀念,就book咗黃金海岸住一晚,所以就book咗哩間餐廳。 入到去環境都ok,唔好迫,我地兩人但比咗4人枱我地,點咗沙嗲串燒,炒金邊粉,柚子大蝦沙律,同胡椒炒蟹,仲有椰青。首先沙律送上,d柚子好甜,甜得嚟帶少少酸好開胃,好少食到咁好食嘅柚子沙律,蝦都好新鮮,好好味。之後就串燒,串燒ok,個沙嗲醬好味,有花生粒,好香又唔會太辣,好惹味。炒金邊粉都可以,唔會太油,有鑊氣。最後主角胡椒蟹,真係好好味,d胡椒好香,但唔好太辣,鹹味啱啱好,唔好搶咗蟹嘅鮮味,蟹好新鮮,好甜,蟹走過油,但唔會太乾,好juicy,d 胡椒撈飯一流,全餐飯都好滿足,雖然蟹有d貴,但都值得。
