To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週日晚上8時許, 客人坐滿8成, 這天坐廻轉枱, 牛旁醬油漬8條$28,漬製度同咬口都剛剛好,入味的咸甜酸都剛好協調,山葵三文魚$22,三文魚切成粒狀,看起來比一件過多一點,只是輕輕的山葵味道 ,山葵左囗魚裙邊$38左囗魚裙邊同樣處理, 口感爽身一點,酱燒鰻魚$38醬汁是放旁邊,想法是貼心的,鰻魚片夠厚度日式炸荳腐$28, 這是傳統到不行的一個佐酒小吃, 以前到居酒屋例必叫的小吃, 現在已經好少去居酒屋, 沒見很久的舊朋友, 這裡的醬油做得淡口一點, 同時沒有同舊朋友戴上一頂白帽(蘿蔔茸) 所以少了那份涼涼的自然甜味! 炸小香鱼鮎伴南蠻醬$48,通常這種小魚炸出來味道都相似, 炸乾身後魚味更濃,沾少少辣的醬汁提升一下食慾,  鰻魚天婦羅卷$58,稍稍貴的價位,相對裝飾上也用上了飛魚籽, 砌成品字型再唧上mayo 格仔,看起來貴格一點吧!火炙三文魚$22火炙色較淺, 反而呢個火炙魚片上放上了一頂小白帽(蘿蔔茸)厚燒玉子$14, 特大赤海蝦$28/件蝦肉新鮮夠黐口海鮮燉蛋$30很一般吧
