週未鬆一鬆又落咗荃灣嘆個LUNCH,放下空休息一下。區內人都知道荃新天地地下嘅食肆一到週未一定逼爆,唔想同人逼就行上兩層,都有唔錯選擇。今日食嘅蝦麵店,開咗唔算好耐,但人流KEEP住上升。攞飛等咗約5分鐘就入得。二人套餐有兩個麵/小食/飲品/甜品,幾抵食。招牌辣味蝦湯底配蝦肉肉骨檬粉。蝦湯鮮紅奪目嘅頻色,一睇就覺得吸引。呷一口蝦湯再配上檬粉,十分滋味。雖然叫做辣味蝦湯,但飲落唔嗆,啖啖濃郁蝦味感覺真材實料。加上兩大塊嘅肉骨煮得好腍好入味,濃湯配埋香蒜同食口感十足。咖喱叻沙配海鮮摻摻。叻沙湯底十分惹味,香濃嘅叻沙味中帶點椰奶香。材料亦豐富有大蝦/青口/魚片頭/豆卜/蟹柳等,配上摻摻-即係兩溝油麵同米粉,真係食唔停口。尤其豆卜收晒湯汁嘅味道,非常入味。馬來香炸雞翼。雞翼本身腌製得好入味,經油炸後黃薑味散發晒出黎。食嘅時候沾上一啲生磨粗粒花生醬,好好食。沙嗲醬雜錦魷魚秋葵樂樂。魷魚好爽口彈牙,配上黏滑秋葵別有一番風味。馬來沙嗲雞肉串。雖然得兩串但食落好惹味。沙嗲微辣配上雞脾肉,比起豬肉/牛肉更能顯示到沙嗲嘅香口。秘製囉吔。去過馬來西亞先知呢個係一款沙律小食,用上沙葛/菠蘿/油炸鬼粒及蝦醬等組

兩百零蚊就食到捧住個肚走,真係十分抵食。荃灣大大話話都住咗十多年,睇住愈來愈多性價比高嘅食肆進駐都係一件好事啊。哈哈。
