To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

光顧多次了更覺這裡的點保持水準每逢週末都會和父母來嘆點心週末下午不少人排隊等候, 相同時間與另一分店相比這位置較少人排隊四五人枱要等差不多40分鐘 (不搭枱)叉燒酥: 有別於傳統叉燒酥皮, 與上海菜的蘿蔔絲酥很相似, 叉燒餡味道適中不會過甜又沒有只一味吃到甜醬料但忽略了叉燒也是重要角色滷水大腸豆腐: 豆腐入味且質感滑, 雖然大腸已煮得軟腍了, 但仍不易咀嚼, 整體兩者相併很夾腐皮卷: 皮脆入口即鬆散開, 餡料是齋料有紅蘿蔔絲, 雲耳絲等等, 香脆可口而且吃多一件也不太油膩煎腸粉: 稍為遜色了, 腸粉皮是硬, 相信不是即時煎也沒有加熱會是了, 腸粉有小小粒蝦米及蔥段, 靠甜醬料來點吃咸肉粽: 趁端午節即將來臨, 每到酒樓吃晚必會點選咸肉粽, 而且這裡的價錢十分經濟, 如無記錯, 只是 $20一隻,用料沒有馬虎, 值得一試山竹牛肉: 牛肉格價越加越高, 我有點覺得外點吃到的牛肉到底成份有多少是牛肉, 即是加入不少非牛肉食材, 不過這裡吃到的牛肉卻不錯, 有懷舊山竹蒸牛肉風味蒸粉果: 較傳統或者舊式一點的酒樓做這款點, 一般皮都較厚, 這裡的皮不算厚而且餡十足咸水角: 一般酒樓必會有這款炸點

蠔豉肉碎粥: 蠔豉切碎了, 有些碎肉, 及菜乾, 入口粥稍稀, 但仍吃到蠔豉及菜乾味味道不錯, 而且天熱適宜食這款粥, 感覺不燥熱
馬拉糕: 香軟味甜, 蛋香味稍遜色, 不過作為咸點心之後的甜品是不錯之選
