這天早上跑步過後就看到海邊有一間簡約清雅的西餐廳，看真一下原來就是noc既然長途跋涉跑到那麼遠，完成當然要吃個豐富的早餐，這家餐廳最合適不過了。坦白說，可以選擇的早餐不多如果要吃得豐富的話，我day Breakfast是必然之選。否則的話簡單的吃個麵包加咖啡便可以了。我哋Breakfast的煮法最值得欣賞是廚師還是細心處理，單從煎煙肉，令到煙肉不乾不焦且肉味香氣滿載，嫩滑好吃，便看出廚師不懶惰。再加上大件香菇香腸炒蛋，這個營養豐富美美的早餐，就把整個早上完美起來。
