To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時吃下午茶離不開三層架的款式,吃得多又想轉轉感覺的話去嘆下午茶半自助餐也是個不錯的選擇。這天約了好友來到Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin的咖啡廳,跟她於週末嘆了個休息的下午茶半自助餐。這個下午茶半自助餐包括了位上的頭盤、主菜,另外配任吃的自助窩夫甜品吧!基本上豐富得像個晚餐吃得我們超滿足。自助窩夫甜品吧內有多款甜品可以無限任吃,對甜品迷來說絕對是超級引的下午茶。款式包括有以牛角包炮製的麵包布甸配雲尼拿汁、焗杏脯焦糖牛油蛋糕、迷你葡撻、時令中式糖水紅豆沙、即焗窩夫及班戟。最後還有黑森林杯和精選8款Haagen-Daz的雪糕任君選擇。返回座位時侍應隨即送上熱騰騰的麵包,塗上牛油一起品嚐總教令人吃得滿足。接下來上檯頭盤是位上的經典大蝦帶子咯嗲沙律,用上可持續的海鮮來製作內裡有大蝦、帶子及沙律菜,配以大廚自家製的Cocktail Sauce。賣相美美的Seafood Cocktail很吸晴,放在通透的馬天尼杯中就更加誘人。雪白的帶子富咬口有鮮味而大蝦更是爽口彈牙,另外沙律菜配上酸香的Cocktail Sauce好清新味美。來到位上的主菜香煎鵝肝、烤牛西冷扒配黑
