To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天跟家人來到megabox打算閒逛一下看看傢俬,但肚子忍不住餓了,上了數層樓發現有間越南菜,都好似好耐冇食過,就選擇呢一間了。站在門口的Reception,有位女仕充滿笑容,很快著來招呼我,説這裡環境也不錯 ,有不少人在吃。Menu的選擇咩都有一點,但嚟到越南餐廳當然要試一試春卷啦,還點了香茅豬扒湯檬和菠蘿炒飯。越南春卷咬落去還是熱的而且也很脆,配上生菜包來吃再點上醬汁就不會感到油膩,味道都算唔錯。另外就講下豬扒湯檬,份量適中,對男士可能會差小小啦食埋春卷就夠哂,豬扒的香茅味唔算太重,但面頭有d葱油就好正🤤,湯底並唔係死咸,有小小炸蒜令個香味有多個層次,整體上都ok。最後到菠蘿炒飯啦,除左飯裡面有小小菠蘿外,仲有條燒菠蘿係側邊,而面頭鋪上炸軟殼蟹,整個飯係非常足料👀,個飯基本上好小咸味,不過配埋面頭d肉鬆就ok,而且仲有d腰果粒增加口感,好味🤪最後埋單都係200蚊有找,係呢度搵食都算唔錯了。
