今日去到元朗探朋友,友人話帶我去食日式燒烤,梗係一口應承啦。估唔到元朗都有間好有日式裝修感覺,都地方好款趟,有個水吧位,可以望住廚師預備食物。餐牌除了有套餐外,仲有前菜,手卷,刺身,串燒,炭爐燒,一品料理,壽喜燒,涮涮鍋,好多唔同種類。唸咗一會,我和友人叫了很多食物,其中一樣是松葉蟹粥,真是值得推介。好大鍋,好多蟹肉,一絲絲,有葱和紫菜絲,中間有隻雞蛋,樣貌已很吸引。撈勻啲材料一起。個粥底好綿,不是粥水。有好香蟹肉啲鮮味。因粥底夠熱,所以生雞蛋撈勻後,都熟了,好好味嚟到依到,又點樣可以唔叫燒物,叫了數款,~鹽燒豚肉菠蘿串每串有3件,雖然豚肉好似有些肥,但中間夾了菠蘿一起燒,菠蘿吸了豚肉的脂肪,食落唔覺肥,菠蘿的酸酸甜甜,正好中和了豚肉的油膩.赤燒西京燒 可能西京燒啲魚個肉質比較林滑,所以,嚟到嘅買相不是太吸引,但食落好嫩滑,肉質一絲絲,全件都係肉,配埋西京燒汁來吃送飯一流,沾埋沙律醬就唔覺熱氣啦。還有叫了燒油甘魚餃 一碟有兩件魚餃,應該用了些鹽一起燒,肉質較爽,因比較香,食魚餃最開心就是食啲轉彎位,連骨都啜埋,滋味無窮.海鮮叫了兩款,蔬菜類又點可以唔叫,我和友人叫了兩款,汁燒茄子串 這

一碟有兩件魚餃,應該用了些鹽一起燒,肉質較爽,因比較香,食魚餃最開心就是食啲轉彎位,連骨都啜埋,滋味無窮.

海鮮叫了兩款,蔬菜類又點可以唔叫,我和友人叫了兩款,汁燒茄子串 

這裏不是將茄子開半來燒,而是切開了一件件,比較厚切.一份有2大件,面頭燒到有些微焦,還瀋了些木魚碎,食落有些咬口,比起切開一半來燒,感覺又不同.

芝士啡菇 

啡菇燒到好像有點乾身,但放埋芝士一起焗,當芝士溶化在磨菇上,啡菇啲味道出晒嚟,好香。我和友人一人一個 ,不用爭。

叫了咁多樣佷物,友人還未夠,還叫了個角切魚生飯 

一嚟到就見到色彩繽紛嘅魚生,望落好新鮮,有三文魚,魚籽,吞拿魚,應該有4,5款。雖然是角切,每件都大件,加埋份量都唔少,好新鮮,飯都很軟綿綿,夠晒份量。

Affogato 

最後叫了這杯又是飲品又是甜品的Affogato.因見到牆上貼咗海報,感覺好得意,好想試下。原來是一杯咖啡,另外一杯是裝了雲尼拿雪糕。飲法就是將咖啡倒落去雪糕個杯到,雪糕遇熱,慢慢溶化,咁飲咖啡時,就有些甜味帶出,但又食到雪糕,好飲
