我特意為呢一餐,開了賬戶寫食評,目的係希望唔好再有人同我一樣中招。其實打邊爐都冇乜技巧可言,最主要係要食材新鮮,$2xx位,我已經不求上盛質素,但最基本的,一樂都做唔到!海鮮餐1. 蟹:我好肯定係死蟹,食慣海鮮嘅人都知,蟹一死就唔食得,未煮都知出事。煮熟咗,一開,成隻及臭,出晒黑色水。2. 蜆:都係死的!個殻一出廚房,未落煲都開晒口,我唔明廚房又或者侍應點解咁都可以出俾客,咁都可以上枱。3. 牛肉:佢唔配叫「肥牛」,佢係瘦過瘦肉,簡直韌過車軑。4. 響鈴:一睇就知係街市買,但都唔明點解要吹水話係手工,仲要油淋淋,多油過我d面油。呢間野,我覺得冇心就真係唔好再做,又或者轉型,冇新鮮海鮮咪出下午餐肉、魚皮餃。總之,就一定冇下次,見到就怕。

海鮮餐
