Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店呢個名由細到大都有聽過,所以有個傳統得黎又好似好矜貴既感覺,但其實而家都好大眾化,價錢唔會非常貴 (但當然都唔平)。有興既系今晚有唔少顧客都系遊客,除左最Popular既內地客,連日本、韓國都有 (因為坐四周都講緊唔同語言)。除左A La Carte Menu,其實都仲有幾款套餐,但由於缺乏彈性,所以我地都系比多少少散叫算。原味南翔小籠包 (140/10隻) - 食上海菜必食小籠包,皮偏薄,餡料都幾鮮香多湯汁,配少少鎮江浙醋仲香。乾燒明蝦 (208) - 醬汁微辣,但就非常惹味,蝦殼吸曬汁加埋啲蝦既肉汁 (真系殼都「吮」埋)。大蝦幾厚肉,蝦肉亦夠爽彈,幾好食,但只得三隻。香蔥油淋雞 (238/half) - 其實系紅燒雞配微辣既香蔥醬,醬料濃郁但偏油膩,配白飯食好啲。雞件皮脆但肉質就好嫩滑,味道同一般紅燒雞差唔多。大千雞球 (130) - 用左辣椒、花椒、豆瓣酱等料黎炒,所以都有少少辣,食落有啲似宮保雞丁,味道都幾香口惹味。
