To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在受難節的睛朗天氣推使下，從家步行五公里到深井的KCAL吃午餐(以往常幫襯的原因是容許帶寵物入座)。疫情下，檯與檯之間，是用易拉架分隔著。太太選了1号餐的巴黎汁燴黑豬柳磨菇配高纖米，我選鮮忌廉紐西蘭羊仔柳燴天使麵套餐。當然set lunch是包括餐湯，甜品及餐飲，我的餐還有風乾火腿田園沙律。兩個主菜都OK，合符水準，太太有少少微言，在餸汁只是和暖；我的天使麵，份量十足。甜品是一小件的綠茶軟蛋糕，味道啱啱好。👍
