年,又過年,新年梗係要食啲糕點啦,今次朋友介紹咗西關老祖餐廳俾我試吓,餐廳位於佐敦附近,位置近柯士甸站,餐廳座位較少,主要以外賣為主。老祖·秘製瑤柱蘿蔔糕餐廳好有心思,蘿蔔糕以白色陶瓷盤裝住,陶瓷盤可以重用,可以拎黎焗野,而且蘿蔔糕可以揀煎又得,蒸又得,我就揀咗煎既方式煮。蘿蔔糕用料十足,有瑤柱、蝦米、臘味,味道非常嘢味,同埋因為用料充足嘅關係,切嘅時候十分容易就切開一片片,食落嘅時候有好濃烈嘅臘味味道。
