To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天仁喫茶趣是在2000年成立.台灣有11間分店.主要都要將飲茶呢件事.包裝得年輕化.第一間香港分店在希慎廣場的誠品書店.第二間就在上環.原來坐電車到西港城,落車後直行就見到呢間店.我同上環今次很有緣份.我下星期要再去一次.到時可能會再光顧.環境:一邊是沖茶的地方.是開放式設計.環境乾淨衛生.飲得放心.店另一邊係零售茶葉.我在現場看到一位女仕買了很多茶葉,下一次我都要買少許.服務員亦相當有禮貌.願意介紹產品.台茶店,又剛剛看到呢張海報.第一次來的我..就來一杯珍珠奶茶吧!珍珠奶茶18元:原來糖份選擇也有很多,我選了50%糖.因而茶味更明顯.這種茶入口全無苦澀,反而入口回甘,很有茶香.喝下去質感亦順滑.但明顯奶呢一邊.味道較弱,<可能少糖的關係>而珍珠亦香口.細細粒.像吃軟糖般,什有咬口..可能下次去喝茶驚喜更大,下星期會再去.順便趁我現在仲有空閒時間,再發掘一下上環的食店.
