To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個牛腩河（$38）一個牛腩片頭河（$43）牛腩河係正常嘅牛腩河魚片頭係同出面其他鋪頭有啲唔同，比較似係豆腐魚片頭，食落軟身啲。魚味唔太濃。但未特別到值得排隊黎試。整體來講，食落都只係屋企附近食到嘅味道，冇咩特別。完全冇必要山長水遠特登過嚟食。佢唔係差、唔係難食。因為見咁多人推介同經常排長龍，令我以為會好特別，其實唔係，所以我有啲失望。各位如果要山長水遠特登過嚟就不必啦！排長龍嘅話都唔好等啦。屋企附近食算啦。

牛腩河係正常嘅牛腩河
魚片頭係同出面其他鋪頭有啲唔同，比較似係豆腐魚片頭，食落軟身啲。魚味唔太濃。但未特別到值得排隊黎試。
