To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港有很多台式餐廳但要地道又好吃的卻少數發現新開不久的台式便當除了便當外還少不了台式飲品嗯..看看價錢,算合理了因為要一餐3菜1主食在香港根本不!可!能!除非自己製作便當😆賣相極好,感覺乾淨健康一看這排骨 os:很可以喔!便當盒是用木製的好古早味,好像台鐵的火車便當也很環保吧,不愧是台灣排骨是醃製過肉質軟嫩 不油膩 也不柴外層沒有裹過多的澱粉配菜給的很足相反飯就有點不太夠不過在台灣便當裡飯才是屬於配菜所以白飯少點也能接受便當中的小靈魂滷蛋滷的很入味,Q彈,我也蠻喜歡的這間台式便當會在二訪個人很推薦

排骨是醃製過
肉質軟嫩 不油膩 也不柴
外層沒有裹過多的澱粉

配菜給的很足
相反飯就有點不太夠
不過在台灣便當裡飯才是屬於配菜
所以白飯少點也能接受
便當中的小靈魂滷蛋
滷的很入味,Q彈,我也蠻喜歡的
這間台式便當會在二訪
