我和弟弟Victor極喜歡食豬手，每次都食到停不了口，今日路經新蒲崗看到有不少露天餐醺，Das Bier 是一間出名的德國餐廳，環境氣氛也很有德國feel, 因為天氣較冷，我們選了入室內坐!首先叫了一客德國咸豬手配酸菜及薯仔沙律，再加兩杯可樂! 需時差不多十五到廿分鍾，豬手份量很足，一点也没有欺場，令我們驚喜是豬手的皮卜卜脆，烤得剛剛好，豬手皮脆肉軟，我們停不了口，而且酸菜酸酸的，和豬手很夾，加上薯仔沙律，口感十足，我們覺得真的性價比高，待應很熱誠，服務態度很好，我們下次會再來光顧的!
