道鮨廚師發辦.先來前菜三小砵 - 高野豆腐/瑩光魷魚/日本菠菜 高野豆腐有點像火鍋常見的冰豆腐 口感幾得意刺身有赤貝/八爪魚/真鯛/牡丹蝦😌 最特別的是牡丹蝦🦐 以蝦身包裹著蝦膏 以竹籤串起 再放上蝦子😍鮮甜的蝦肉配上甘香的蝦膏🤤 再把蝦頭炸起 不浪費每一個部分☺️當天的壽司發辦有9貫壽司 因為不是坐sushi bar有關係 分了兩次上枱🍣9貫包括有大拖羅/深海池魚/穴子/鮫鰈/伊左目/竹籖魚/帆立貝/三文魚子/海膽魷魚☺️ 其中最喜歡的是海膽魷魚 切成幼絲的魷魚 底下放了海膽 鮮味無窮😋 小翔井生蠔 口感特別creamy 以酸汁啫哩作配搭 帶起點點的海水味第一次見的空豆 外型像蠶豆 頗大顆的 北海道海膽手卷 海膽味道未算好鮮甜 但份量不少 配上脆口的紫菜木魚清湯熊本安迪斯蜜瓜
