聽到禮賓傅,自然而然會想到禮賓府。今次去到禮賓傅,令我興奮不已。感覺係遠在天邊既事情變到近在咫尺了。原來總廚曾經為國家領袖下廚,所以禮賓傅既名係有由來的~ 我地點了一個套餐,其中試到不同既菜式,係小食多滋味既概念環境都好有中國氣息,每一枱會有啲中國相關既擺設,例如我地依枱係指南針。中菜就必要飲茶先聚財既,我揀左香片。吾係濃茶,幽幽茶香,感覺飲完吾會訓吾著!羊城鴿鬆乳鴿肉碎加上菇粒,底下墊上生菜一片,平衡番味道同肉膩。考筷子功力既時候!鵝肝蝦多士原隻蝦,炸得好香酥,內裡蝦肉依然嫩口!中間有一塊鵝肝仔,更添細緻及奢華。羊肚菌燉螺頭清而不俗既湯頭,仲有多料食。螺頭蠻不錯松露露荀炒帶子厚身帶子睇到自然產生口中唾液,炒得幾惹味。帶子鮮味帶juicy,面頭勾既茨都好帶到味。金華玉樹雞雞好滑加上咸香既金華火腿,本身雞咸味吾高,所以搭配金華火腿就剛好了。梅菜蒸菜心菜心蒸得剛好,吾會淋晒,仲帶爽口。梅菜夠晒香,但咸度有點過,而兩樣食材就比較分離。如果梅菜味滲入到去菜心裡頭食到味道就更好了。香港炒飯用上大澳蝦干、叉燒、欖菜、咸蛋去炒製,一遞上已經香氣四溢。一食落口咸蛋黃味道最出,好香口。炒飯粒粒分明。甜品
