To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從前聽到科學園的名字就只會想到踏單車時的一個中途站，並未有機會知道更多。這次，有機會由朋友的帶領下單單就是為了要去科學園而去。原來除了很多高科技的公司外，還可以是假日消閒的好地方，當中不可少的，當然就是餐廳啦。因為人多，所以選了酒樓。先來一個雪山叉燒包。外層沙沙的，脆脆的，也是甜甜的。而內裡的叉燒則軟軟，咸咸的。兩者配合得不錯，也美味。中間來一個清淡水餃，饀料十足，配以清湯，入口味美。最後介紹一味刺激的虎皮椒，每一塊的辣度都有所不同，就要看看彩數去試試能否選到超辣的吃了。
