To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得weekend就去左東涌citygate行下街，之後就搵到呢間係附近既餐廳試試，餐廳分左Indoor同outdoor，可能因為天氣涼涼地，幾舒服，所以去到outdoor已經坐滿了，但indoor同樣好正，有一隊live band係到唱緊歌，大家仲可以點歌，當晚就有人點生日歌送比佢朋友，氣氛超好😍🐑Rack of Lamb 烤羊扒 $315首先一上枱就覺得份量都幾大，有成4大件羊架，每件上面都舖左d芝士，非常香😀羊肉質軟腍，唔算好羶，H先生食唔到羶都食左2件，雖然W小姐鍾意再羶d🤣旁邊仲有幾多配菜同沙律菜，醬汁仲可以自己揀，整體來講鍾意食羊既，絕對值得一試👍🏻-🍕Prosciutto E Rucola 意大利火腿薄餅 12” $160Pizza有出乎意料既驚喜，首先個pizza dough做到中間煙銀韌有咬口，而外圍做到微微脆口，口感十足🤩上面既芝士份量好多🧀好容易就做到拉絲效果，配埋parma ham🥓同芝麻菜🥬食落岩岩好，唔會覺得漏😙連W小姐都大讃，食到停唔到口🤤

首先一上枱就覺得份量都幾大，有成4大件羊架，每件上面都舖左d芝士，非常香😀羊肉質軟腍，唔算好羶，H先生食唔到羶都食左2件，雖然W小姐鍾意再羶d🤣旁邊仲有幾多配菜同沙律菜，醬汁仲可以自己揀，整體來講鍾意食羊既，絕對值得一試👍🏻
