To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個平常的星期二晚，我和朋友帶著疲乏的身軀來到這裡尋找一點安慰。這小店處於市區，地理方便。但進入店子後便感覺遠離煩囂，還帶點情調。黑椒汁肉眼牛扒，七乘熟肉眼扒份量超大!有兩隻半手掌大。肉質又嫩又多汁!配菜亦絕不馬虎，有鮮蕃茄，翠肉瓜，炸蒜和沙律菜。除了黑椒汁，還有mustard。門面雖然很中式，但食物卻跟足西方傳統。芒果熱情果沙冰芒果和熱情果的味道配合得天依無縫，誰也沒有搶誰的戲。天時暑熱，伴著輕音樂，一邊喝著沙冰一邊與好友詳談，舒暢極了。草莓凍茶很rich的草莓味，好喝得沒話說。總括來說，這不僅食物高質，環境和地理都一流，回頭指數極高。
