7) 紅酒燴和牛面頰 (hk$148)
-本來喺想叫西班牙烤乳豬,不過賣晒........但店員不停同我講隻乳豬有幾好,我笑言 "你仲要同我講好好味添..........但你又無得比我食".........店員就講 "咁你咪可以嚟多次囉"
-我又破戒食咗少少啦
-我只過2次牛面頰,但呢個就好有彈性,因有好大條筋膜,食唔到纖纖嘅肉質,而是1舊彈口嘅肉
-佢唔喺唔腍,不過食落比我中式feel強烈過食緊西餐

8) 心太軟朱古力布甸 (hk$56)
-上枱時,朱古力漿已流咗出嚟,賣相扣晒分
-裡面仲有流漿喎,朱古力味都好濃,好純,但唔夠"杰"身
-不過個皮就唔脆之餘,仲偏軟添,1點都唔挺
-記得有個朋友曾自家製過心太軟,話比我聽,如想裡面有澎湃嘅流漿,就唔好焗得太熟,唔好焗太耐
-咁呢個出品就喺焗得過短時間了

-雪硬版的木糠,所以令我諗起澳門嘅9如x...........macau, macau, i miss u
-奶味都出,都不錯
-不過友人喜歡食軟版的木糠,相信佢麻麻哋鍾意呢件嘢
