To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個人嚟講較鐘意臘味煲仔飯,因為有臘味油香。但大中華嘅煲仔飯,整體都太多蔥,蔥同飯比例好似1:1,有點兒over!而且如果論臘味煲仔飯,真係同嚐囍嘅黃金臘味撈飯無得比。嚐囍嘅黃金撈更香口,飯焦更香脆,臘味口感更豐富。而大中華嘅飯就較濕,唔夠乾身。

原隻企喺到上,望落以為細細隻,但原來好夠食。皮脆肉嫩,而且雞有預先醃好,所以雞肉嫩滑好味!


整體來講,大中華好適合一大班朋友食!價錢親民,份量剛好,味道出色!唯一唔好係環境一般,但無損食物質素!
