To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 芥蘭苗用馬拉盞炒得好惹味，Parma ham 西班牙火腿亦令芥蘭苗增加味道的層次，我給4.5分的原因是如果芥蘭炒熟的的咁多多就perfect 完美了，現在有DD硬硬地，菜苗夠嫩，所以也可以，味道一流⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(4.5)

Dirty duck富貴鴨個名好特別，也見有食評讚，所以我們也試了。怪不得叫酥炸，的確炸得得香酥脆口，鴨肉亦恰到好處，不會太乾身。餐牌的英文描述是黑松露飯truffle rice,
中文只寫飯，中文會貼切些，因為是能看得見有少少黑松露在飯页，但食入口卻不太食到黑松露味，那森巴醬shrimp sambal sauce好正，值⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

這甜品要等20分鐘，好值得等，我其實不是個喜歡Apple Crumble的人，基本上不喜歡煮過的生果，但呢個Apple Crumble已令我神魂顛倒😅😅

我最鍾意的是好authentic and original, cinnamon 肉桂的香味是帶起整個甜品的靈魂，crumble的面脆卜卜，裡面又熱辣辣軟綿綿，總之就好完美地完成這個晚餐💖💖

總結:
✅應有盡有好多款 (樣樣都想試😅😅)
✅最好多幾個人一齊，適宜一大班人share
