To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近佢地推出以東南亞海鮮燒烤美饌為主題既自助晚餐，一次過食哂新加坡、馬來西亞同埋泰國美食‼️包括泰式酸辣鳳爪、泰式柚子蝦沙律、泰式粉絲魷魚沙律等等，仲有即叫即整既新加坡叻沙同泰式船麵🍲每位客人會送一盅迷你佛跳牆，非常足料！自助餐其中一大賣點有大廚即席主理既池畔燒烤車🍢可惜我去當日天氣唔好所以取消左🥹改為廚房燒，有燒蠔、燒豬頸肉、串燒、燒西冷牛肉等等🔥最驚喜有即叫即整沙冰，包括西瓜沙冰、芒果沙冰、七彩椰汁冰、班蘭龍眼冰等等，夏天飲透心涼💦另外當然唔少得多款新鮮海鮮，包括阿拉斯加蟹腳、波士頓龍蝦、藍青口、翡翠螺等等甜品有火焰雪山、日式芝士蛋糕、朱古力心太軟、流心芝士撻、燕窩燉蛋白等等，同小朋友黎既話，仲可以參加親子烹飪工作坊，整靚靚Cupcake添啊🧁有得玩又有得食😆
