To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

揾到兩間响九龍區既西餐想試,叫朋友二揀一,佢話覺得呢間吸引d,所以今次來咗呢度星期日晏晝先訂枱居然仲book到當日晚飯既位,我哋六點半來到,只有我哋一枱客,坐响卡位,非常舒適响我同朋友開始研究餐牌期間,侍應話有15位來緊,提醒我哋快d落單,非常貼心我哋叫咗個田園沙律,焗薯皮,大蝦牛油螺絲粉同香蕉朱古力窩夫,原本想叫多個湯,估唔到餐牌上居然無湯沙律個醬汁好特別,薯皮有好多餡料,朋友仲話意粉d大蝦好新鮮,不過可能因為牛油煮既關係,食到底偏油,但個人認為味道絕對無問題既沙律,焗薯皮同大蝦牛油螺絲粉既份量唔算好大,正好留番d位食甜品,等咗一陣甜品送到,估唔到最有份量既係個甜品,窩夫比較厚身,有d似班戟,仲有兩球雪糕,食完非常滿足呢度有d大枱,非常適合一大班人食飯,不過只收現金,大家記得帶夠錢!
