To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日同朋友聚會,去了中環呢間中菜廳午餐。環境舒服,另外最佩服店員都好細心,有幫手服侍朋友家活潑十足嘅小朋友🤣 🥢彩虹野菌M9和牛粒:野菌入口有種放飛到田園感覺,而和牛粒濃味,啖啖肉入口,而且流晒汁感覺🥢摩利菌上湯焗乳龍蝦:店員分享其實是羊肚菌,配上小朋友龍蝦,令味道互相提鮮🥢水晶蝦餃 & 松露鮮菌石榴球:水晶蝦餃皮夠薄,大粒蝦肉,咬落蝦肉彈彈牙~ 而松露球入口都滿滿香味,而冇諗過石榴味道都幾夾,提升味道層次🥢彩蔬竹笙上素粉果:簡簡單單竹笙吸晒蔬菜原本清甜味道,令素菜都可以有自己特色👍🏻
