To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間鋪頭由一對都上左年紀嘅夫婦經營，佢哋做樓面，我見廚房就另外有人負責嘅。呢度好有人情味，對夫婦好好笑容同禮貌，會幫手落下野食，但大家都要包容下佢哋會忙唔過黎同行動慢啲啦。首先會食左海鮮先，用一個塔上菜，幾grand。海鮮方面有大硯、鮑魚、細硯、蟹同魚，餐枱上已經寫明每樣野滾幾多分鐘，又有提供timer。我好surprise鮑魚好嫩口同彈牙;蟹都多膏同香口;硯肉冇沙，都滑同嫩;魚肉夠實同冇乜骨，方便食！火鍋料就可以揀6樣，按人頭分配。推薦花膠、雞件同淮山。份量好足同埋唔係好cheap嘅材料。最後有粥食，都ok geh 但前面已經食到好飽了🤣🤣以200蚊黎講，我覺得成餐對得住佢價錢！
