To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友想食西餐，來到希慎就想起之前食過 HIBITU 既蛋糕唔錯。位置都唔易搵，要穿過誠品先搵到。牛油果烤雞凱撒沙拉$78整體份量、配料、醬汁都多，雞胸肉似白烚無任何調味，同幻想中係烤雞有出入，烚蛋黎講太生唔OK，我見人地隔離台隻蛋正常好多。水牛芝士羅勒薄餅$148意大利菜經常用羅勒葉做配料調味，羅勒同番茄芝士好夾，可惜餅底唔夠脆。English Sausage Ragu寬條麵 $158蕃茄磨菇汁配英式腸寬條麵，醬汁非常CREAMY，每條寬條麵麵有滿滿的汁醬。
