黃金週過後市面大致平靜,終於可以兩口子舒舒服服係尖沙咀行下街啦~ 行到咁上下,係諾士佛臺旁邊有間門面比較低調台灣料理,咁耐冇去台灣咁就試一試啦~ 呢間鋪頭係一樓既,由個接待小姐邀請上去,個地方都幾乾淨同幾光猛,侍應亦有即時打招呼及開茶,跟手就送上一碟青瓜小食,呢個小食都幾好食喎~ 清清地又爽口~睇下個餐牌,發覺呢度好多款食物都係比較貼近台灣特色,例如台灣腸、蚵仔煎、胡椒餅、鴨舌等,另外仲有招牌鹽水鴨、鹽水雞、花雕醉乳鴿等等,呢的都係香港比較少集中晒的美食既舖頭,係經理推介下,就叫左一個例牌鹽水鴨、一煲三杯雞、一碟蚵仔煎、另外各自要左一個擔仔麵同埋肉燥飯,等左大約幾分鐘就上枱啦~ 上枱啦~ 首先黎左個飯同個麵,因為我鍾意食飯所以肉燥飯就我嫁啦~ 肉粒都幾大粒又入味,份量都算適中,送飯一流。另一半呢就食個擔仔麵,試啖擔仔麵,麵條都爽口煙韌,個湯底都好香再加少少肉碎,非常之入味,正啊~ 之後主菜鹽水鴨原來係個凍食,入口佢的肉呢好有口感,鹽水鴨一的騷味都無而且亦唔鹹,鴨肉好嫩滑,配埋個鹹酸菜食好開胃,兩個人食個例牌已經剛剛好, 再上左個個三杯雞,嘩~ 三杯雞呢味真係讚不絕口,因為未上枱已
