去完M+睇展覽睇到閉館,見時間差不多晚飯,順便係圓方揀下食咩,由火區溜冰場果邊入黎,就見到呢間中菜。-由於唔知食咩好,隨手揀左二人套餐。-入座前菜係琥珀合桃,又甜又脆口,不過好快膩。食到膩果陣,可以配下面頭嘅奇異果乾,清清口入面過重嘅甜味。-先上嘅係黑毛豬叉燒,欣賞佢蜜汁唔慳家。-之後有蟹粉小籠包,皮薄爆汁,但蟹粉味唔算突出。-跟住先出現返套餐嘅前菜,有花雕醉雞、酒香鴨肝同蜂蜜紫薯鮮淮山,乾冰冒住煙出現都幾靚。雞有淡酒香唔嗆鼻,肉都嫩口;鴨肝就重酒味但可以癖內臟腥味;而紫薯鮮淮山甜甜地幾開心,脆脆就有少許唔太夾。-再黎一個湯品,火瞳雲吞雞湯,湯幾清甜,每樣料嘅味道都好好,好夾,大推-然後主菜有乾燒明蝦球,呢個要請店員起菜。佢蝦球大大碌啖啖肉,好爽口,上面沾滿醬汁同切粒洋蔥,唔食洋蔥嘅我一早撥走晒。有話微辣但連我都食唔出,甜甜地唔會膩,配埋鋪底嘅脆脆,今次就夾啦。-菜有金銀蛋小波菜苗,同樣要叫起。相比同為主菜嘅蝦球同叉燒都偏乾身,有個菜濕濕地都幾balance。金銀蛋味道足夠,而小波菜苗真係連根一棵棵,我第一次見連根,因為我家煮都係會切根。記得咬開佢慢慢食,唔好一啖一棵啦!-食到咁飽,仲

食到咁飽,仲有個抹茶紅豆布甸,唔好以為佢得面頭,其實個容器都幾深下,保證你飽住離開。講返布甸,同樣乾冰冒煙座凍,好美觀咁出場,味道上奶香比較突出,有微甜紅豆中和返布甸嘅味道。

不得不讚揚餐廳服務態度十分好,由入門、上菜、品嘗,直到離開都同樣友善。上菜時不同職級嘅店員都懂得介紹菜名,等客人知道上緊咩菜式,過程中見到隔離枱都有唔少家人朋友聚餐,留意到大家同樣得到好好嘅服務。
而菜式嘅賣相、味道、份量及價值都很好,坐得舒服,食得開心,係可以再覆桌嘅餐廳😆
