To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

遭受不禮貌對待

幫襯過幾次，覺得食物、環境氣氛都好好。昨天打算再幫襯，一入門口，女待應叫我哋坐最近門口嘅中間二人枱。眼見有半間餐廳嘅枱都未有人坐，便指著另一張冇人坐嘅枱，問女侍應可否坐，佢話有人booked咗，於是再問另一張，佢好冇禮貌，指住一開始嘅二人枱話：「得呢一張」，佢嘅語氣係責怪嘅語氣。為咗唔想再受氣，食到背脊骨落，最終去另一間餐廳。其實真係好掃興，得登搭車入嚟幫襯，冇下次！
