To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肚餓咁啱想食野，見大大個門口開住，咪入去食，遮遮話截單，ok即刻埋單，過左三分鐘就出菜。無睇時間，不嬲唔會問幾點閂門，食碗米線半個鐘九個字都好合理係咪？截單個下，完全無諗過，原來得10分鐘食！…9:43落單，9:55同我講收10點。喂我叫左過橋米線，最大個碗啊，碗湯仲熱到咩咁，你同我講要收鋪，但我都真係食唔切啊，跟住講完又講講完又再講收10點。你咪收工囉，我無阻住你啊。我比左錢坐低食我既米線，我仲食得好快，你收工唔駛話我知架。幾好食都無用，倒入口咁滯，最終10點都係食唔哂，浪費哂d食物，喂我黎食野唔係參加鬥快食比賽，我交番隻碗比個員工個時，碗湯仲出緊煙，檢討下啦！
