大前日(10-5-2024 Fri)放半日假染髮,染完就諗買咩返屋企做晚飯啦,去素悅軒?炸薯片好熱氣嘅,又諗唔到要咩餸好.光榮,見到有叉蛋飯,咁不如自己去燒味店買叉燒返屋企整,但其實我係唔想煮嘛,咁不如索性去買燒味飯食.就走嚟宏泰買叉鵝瀨吧,去到俾錢,收$38.00重有湯或奶茶送,我就揀湯.喺未行出去等時,亞姐已經叫師傅講要腍叉…師傅又笑住答邊有咁準?佢哋好攪笑.等咗一陣就有喇,我拎住好多嘢去搭車,又繼續買嘢,好驚啲湯會瀉,拎到返屋企打開睇,又冇事喎,唔錯.咁我就開動喇,叉燒係瘦叉燒,又真係好腍,唔柴皮,而蜜味唔夠;燒鵝呢?俾咗胸我,啖啖肉,但味道唔夠香;瀨粉就冇煮過龍,口感OK嘅.碗湯就用燒豬皮加蓮藕煲,味道就係燒豬皮嘅味,一般吧.上次食評係2023年2月20日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E7%AC%AC%E4%B8%80%E6%AC%A1%E9%A3%9F%E4%BD%A2%E5%98%85%E6%BB%B7%E6%B0%B4%E8%B1%AC%E8%85%B3-e4719807
