To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店內比想像中多年輕人,座位尚算舒服。菜式refill速度快,食物感覺新鮮。選擇比想像中少,但都包括晒前菜、小食、煎炸、澱粉同小菜。冷盤既鳳爪用蒟蒻整,個樣睇落好似真😂我同呀媽都覺得抄飯味道唔錯,個人試埋芝士pizza都覺得幾正。冷盤可能我覺得唔太食得辣,粉絲濃味左少少,但都好食既。有d食物擺得唔太明顯,有少少尋寶feel,同埋有時轉左菜式,個牌未必轉得切,最好都打開蓋自己望下。我book 7:30,大概8點鐘都仲有菜fill緊,唔會話夜左無野食。
