To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人不太吃海鮮,特別是要剝殼的,所以我吃自助餐真的很不划算。所以能夠分享給大家的也不多,就只有甜點能特別講一下。甜點算是蠻高質素的,特別是雪糕,我吃了楓糖合桃跟巧克力,兩個都超好吃,甜甜的楓糖加上合桃去中和甜味,真是恰到好處。巧克力味道超濃的,加上巧克力碎,濃上加濃,超讚的。另外我吃了阿菠蘿的抹茶味,這個比較下就沒那麼好吃,抹茶味比較淡。朱古力蛋糕它放在巧克力噴泉旁邊,小小一個,但卻很有份量,還以為它會很紥實呢,它口感很鬆軟,巧克力味很濃,沾上巧克力噴泉,太棒了!焗芝士蛋糕,也是小小一個,但卻很有份量的,芝士都沉在底部,造成下層紥實,上層鬆軟,還有香香的蛋味呢,這也好吃。泡芙,這泡芙中間夾著粟子忌廉(還有栗子碎),這忌廉只有淡淡的栗子味,要細心品嚐才吃得出來。外層有草莓JELLY包覆著,但沒什麼味道,泡芙本人好軟,沒有脆皮的感覺,應該放太久了~士多啤梨水果忌廉蛋糕,夾層有蜜瓜肉粒,CREAM,就一般的生口蛋糕,但蛋糕體偏濕,不好吃。草莓偏酸,但蠻多汁的。提拉米蘇,好鬆散,味道是不錯,但酒/水放太多,蛋糕底好濕,不好吃。幾乎當天的甜點我都嚐過,其他的都不怎麼樣。叉燒,味道OK,有一點點

叉燒,味道OK,有一點點甜味,肉很大塊很厚,但好硬,放了一陣子,夾起來吃的時候,碟子已經沾了一層油。

馬介休球,有一絲絲薯仔纖維,裡面有薯蓉跟魚肉,聞上去是魚蛋味。
薯蓉,好香黑松露味,薯蓉也夠滑,好好吃可是這太飽肚,不能吃太多。
千層麵,味道跟PIZZA一樣,中間有cheese跟cream,偏重口味,麵好爛,一夾就斷,扣分。
