To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角花園街一段有兩所素食店,這間是其中一間,而在下也較多到這間,相信最大原因是,如果嚴重選擇困難症及作時,她絕對可幫小的一個大忙呢 。這裡的晚市長期供應一款營養餐,款式已由廚房預設好了,完全可舒緩在下想很久也不知道吃什麼好的困擾。這碗粟米湯是套餐內包括了的,雖然加入了素肉,不過也不會太濃郁。主菜是這個,當中包括一款小食,這晚的是一個質地與色澤也很像葷的,質感厚實有嚼勁。另一邊是主食,是日的有木耳豆角腐竹沙葛,軟的爽的食材共冶一爐,對於在下來說才是主菜的澱粉質是五穀飯,之前吃過混了芋頭的,這次混入綠茶蔬菜,大大提高纖維量。
