To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢期鍾意去太湖。。。因為點心選擇多。。。成日有新意。。。服務又好喎。。。除咗點心。。。佢仲有好味既燒鵝啦~海鮮啦。。。真係好多選擇。。。有時等到下午茶仲正。。。因為又平啲。。。佢有個蒸鱔係點心。。。好味又抵食。。。呢樣真係每次必叫今次試咗幾樣新嘢。。。個蟹餃ok南乳豬扒唔係次次有。。。但佢有都多數叫。。。幾好味佢仲有即煮當食。。。果日食梅煮鴨。。。幾特別。。。都係計大點。。。但因為已叫咗成十樣嘢所以就無叫呢樣了
