To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

選擇少的快餐店

行過黎咁多次，餐牌都係十年如一日，冇變過。今次試左雜扒鐵板餐，配羅宋湯，餐包，豬柳，雞扒，少量配菜，腸同焗薯，可選黑椒汁或洋蔥汁。份量係夠ge，豬柳亦都有驚喜，仲滑過塊雞，腸仔都好巨，3個人share都夠食，餐包都正常，算新鮮，焗薯就略嫌煙肉等配料唔夠多，但就起碼係熱辣辣的。同行朋友就叫左叉燒飯，n年前食過係好好味的，但今次真係大為失望，雖然陣味係冇變過，但就勁硬勁鞋口，一d都唔易咬，而且只有幾片，份量偏少，同價錢唔合正比。不過由於選擇太少，下次再黎都唔知仲可以叫咩食🤦🏻‍♀️
