To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Brunch Buffet選擇唔多, 冷盤熟食甜品都唔多. 不過重質不重量, 樣樣都係好嘢. 大鄉里出城, 以為魚子醬好腥, 點知原來好鮮味, 好好食. 雖然連三文魚刺身都冇, 但龍蝦仔都有三四款, 生蠔都係好嘢.久唔久就有人送上出面冇得攞既嘢, 例如黑松露炒蛋 (好香黑松露味, 絕對落足料), egg benedict, gelato 等.環境冇得頂, 舒服到坐足三個鐘, 仲有得無線上網. 食飽咗, 上一陣網抖吓, 跟住又食過.
