To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為投奔涼浸浸的盛夏,來到椰林樹影,水清沙幼的黃金海岸。曬完太陽,躲入黃金海岸酒店避暑,兼到沙嗲軒用膳。鑊炒蘿蔔糕($118)是餐廳特別推介的菜式之一。由來自新加坡Fullerton Hotel 之客席廚師監製,口味更正宗。一般新加坡式炒蘿蔔糕,都是以黑豉油為主要調味,整碟都是偏深的豉油色。這個是沒有加添黑豉油的,感覺清爽得多。蘿蔔糕用鐵板炒,使之金黃香口,可以感受到其"鑊氣".蘿蔔糕真材實料,可以吃到一絲絲的蘿蔔,不會只是一團粉。另加入韭菜,雞蛋,蝦仁同炒,相當惹味。加多加多沙律($85)是一道印尼菜,主要用雞蛋,薯仔,沙葛,豆角,椰菜,蝦片,花生碎等調製而成的沙律。這裡特別用椰皇充當盛器,賣相精緻,有南國風情,影相打卡一流,但份量上相對就少了點。醬汁有花生香,伴其他配料同吃,相當惹味,亦好開胃。椰香咖哩牛腩($110)咖哩汁香大於辣,椰汁味濃郁。牛腩切得大大件,但也能炆得軟爛,煮得入味,好味道。薯仔經過油炸,更惹味,更吸汁。印度千層油酥餅($46)食咖哩當然要配油酥餅!這裡的油酥餅做得當當出色,可以見到酥餅的碎屑揚起來,質感非常香脆和蓬鬆,而且沒有油膩感,用來點咖哩吃,非常吸汁。
